Information on item quantity-related can be recorded. The order unit can be different from issue unit so that stock keeper can place order of one case of uniform that contain 20 pieces and issue them by pieces.

Minimum and maximum quantity on stock items can be defined to better control inventory level. On hand quantity indicates current stock on hand, and the On Order quantity indicates the quantity in an open order.

The program automatically updates the system with transaction data and gives statistical number on total quantity issued as of Year-To-Date as well as previous year.
